The service
Taj connects families with Quran & Tajweed teachers for live 1:1 online lessons. The platform is currently in a limited pilot; features and pricing may change before public launch.
Accounts
Parents create the account and add their students, and are responsible for the accuracy of that data. Teacher accounts are activated only after credential and ijazah verification.
Communication rules
Families and teachers communicate inside the platform only. Exchanging phone numbers or external contacts is not permitted and may lead to account suspension — for the protection of students and teachers alike.
Lessons and recording
Lessons take place inside the platform, and children's lessons are recorded per the Privacy Policy. Missed lessons without prior notice may be counted from the package per pilot arrangements.
Payments
During the pilot, packages and payments are handled in direct coordination with families. At launch, payments will be processed electronically inside the platform.
Liability
We work to ensure teacher quality and service stability, and are not liable for interruptions beyond our control (such as internet outages). The service is provided as-is during the pilot.
