What data do we collect?

Account data (email and name), student details added by the parent (name, birth year, level), memorization and tajweed progress records, and lesson reports written by the teacher.

Lesson recordings

Only the AUDIO of children's lessons is recorded — no video is captured or stored — exclusively for child-safety purposes. The recording type is enforced server-side, so neither the teacher nor the parent can change or stop it. Recordings are automatically deleted after 14 days, retained only if a complaint is raised until it is resolved. Access is limited to that student's parent and platform administration upon complaint. Adult learners' lessons are not recorded unless both sides opt in.

Where is data stored?

Data is stored with our cloud provider (Supabase) in UK/European data centres governed by European data-protection law.

Who do we share data with?

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Access to a student's data is limited to their parent, their teacher, and platform administration.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp.
